Powder Coating Oven Specifications
Our in-house curing oven provides the following internal dimensions:
Height: 1500 mm
Width: 750 mm
Depth: 800 mm
Typical curing temperature: 180–200°C
Components must be suitable for oven curing and have an appropriate hanging or mounting point. Maximum workable component dimensions depend on the shape of the item and the clearance required during coating and curing.
Manufacturing & Finishing Under One Roof
With CNC plasma cutting, milling, turning, welding and powder coating available in-house, we can manufacture components and provide a finished coating as part of the same project.
All coating enquiries are assessed individually against component size, material, condition and finish requirements.

02 — Preparation & Powder Coating
We'll assess the components, discuss any preparation requirements and apply the agreed powder coating before curing the finish in our in-house oven.
03. Collection or Delivery
Once completed and checked, your powder-coated components will be ready for collection from our Morecambe workshop or delivery by arrangement.
