Our CNC plasma cutting service provides a fast, versatile solution for manufacturing accurately profiled steel components, from simple mounting plates and brackets to complex bespoke shapes and fabricated parts.
With our in-house cutting equipment, we can produce individual components, prototypes and repeat batches without the expense of dedicated tooling. This makes plasma cutting particularly useful for engineering projects, machinery repairs, custom fabrication and small production runs.

Powder Coating Oven Specifications
Our in-house curing oven provides the following internal dimensions:

Depth: 800 mm
Typical curing temperature: 180–200°C
Components must be suitable for oven curing and have an appropriate hanging or mounting point. Maximum workable component dimensions depend on the shape of the item and the clearance required during coating and curing.
